Pallet collars are wooden or metal frames mounted on standard pallets (most commonly EURO pallets). They allow for safe and stable stacking of goods, protecting them from damage during transport and storage. Thanks to pallet collars, a regular pallet can be quickly transformed into a functional crate.
The most commonly used size is 1200 × 800 mm, which corresponds to the EURO pallet format. We also offer pallet collars in 1200 × 1000 mm and other custom-made sizes.
The height of a single collar is usually 200 mm, but it can be adjusted to individual requirements.
Yes. Pallet collars are equipped with hinges that allow them to be folded flat, which saves space during storage and transport. Additionally, they can be stacked – simply place one on top of another to create a crate of the desired height.
