Cross boards rest on the blocks 95 × 95 × 78 mm - The block cross-section follows the board width, so the board always aligns flush with the block. The number of blocks is automatically calculated based on the number of cross and bottom boards.

Chamfered corners protect stretch film from being cut by sharp pallet edges — keeping the wrap tight throughout transport. The chamfer applies to the deck boards and outer blocks and is visible in the 3D preview and top-view drawing.
